"I only live about 3 minutes away from here, so it is an easy choice for me versus going to EA. The meats here blow any grocery store out of the water. Even better than those "other" meat shops is EA. Dave, the owner is always willing to help with ideas when I walk in there clueless on what I want. Normally, I decide to smoke something, just don't know what, he talks me through deciding, and always end up by getting some kind of custom cut of beef! The chuck roasts from Dave's are my favorite to smoke! This was a great addition to the Holland community!"

Best part is the transparency and service with a smile. Easy to see Dave going into his freezers to get cuts not upfront and you can even watch as he cuts it! 10/10"
