Tic Tac Toes Daycare

"First, We do not work here, nor do we know anyone who works here on a personal level. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this daycare! Tic Tac Toe was a saving grace for us when we took on an emergency foster placement, and we would recommend them 100 times over. The owners and the site director were so lovely and caring. They kept the app up to date, so I was always able to check in on our foster son. They documented everything that happened throughout the day and did many activities to keep our son engaged. We felt so comfortable dropping him off with all of the staff that we came into contact with, and each time we either dropped him off or picked him up, the place smelled clean and sanitized. They really treated our son like their own. As stated earlier, I highly recommend this daycare to anyone."

"Tic Tac Toe's has been a great daycare center for my infant. We started our LO at the end of 2023 when they were 5 months old, and they have been nothing short but wonderful. I'll be honest, the reviews seemed mixed here so I did my due diligence, I met with the owners, director and staff, I asked for parent references, I visited the center a few different times, and from all of that, I was given such a level of comfort that we enrolled. I am so happy we did, my LO is thriving- naps well, eats well, is happy and loved. TTT is a center, but is small enough that it has an in-home feel to it. It’s not like the larger chains in the area that treat your kid like a number. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about your kids and really bonds with them. Many are parents themselves and you can feel that come through in the way that they care for the kids. I have never felt uneasy about my LO’s safety, comfort or happiness- their smile alone to see the staff when I drop off is reason to know that we landed at a good spot with TTT. The location is clean, has plenty of toys/baby essentials, has an awesome app (Brightwheel) that they use to track feeds, diapers, naps, send you photos, can make payments and allows you to communicate with the staff throughout the day. We are very happy with TTT!"

"I’d highly recommend looking at other options before leaving your children here. In just a few months we had countless visits to the pediatrician and even an ER visit. There’s a serious opportunity when it comes to cleaning/sanitizing the daycare, in my opinion. Although they are following state guidelines on the teacher to child ratio, I don’t think they are able to handle that many infants at one time. Our son only attended part time and he had a significant amount of issues from constantly having some sort of virus, GI bugs, even feedings being recorded inaccurately. These issues resulted in us paying a substantial amount of money for services never received. Also expect to pay full price if the daycare is closed for holidays, or if they shut the doors due to unforeseen circumstances. Ever since removing him he has been eating better, and gaining weight whereas his growth seemed to be impacted while he was attending the daycare. When we communicated the issues we were mostly met with defensiveness rather than understanding of our concerns. It’s very important to note that most of the good reviews are from friends/family of the staff, as well as current employees. For every bad review, a new round of 5 star reviews are posted from current employees or close friends. I am not doing my job as a parent if I don’t share my experience to others who are considering this daycare."

"I can not say enough good things about this daycare center, the way the employees care for the children as if they are their own, and are constantly thinking of new ways to teach the kids! AJ and Jess are so dedicated to keeping the center clean, we see them there on the weekends cleaning and making improvements! We are so blessed to be part of such wonderful daycare center! They truly go above and beyond to meet the needs of their families, and this sets them apart from so many other daycares! Thank you AJ and Jess and your entire staff, you are all amazing!"

"Tic Tac Toes Daycare is an absolute amazing place for kids. They have amazing staff, notably Ms. Lisa, she has been a wonderful overseer of my child at previous places she's worked and now I am moving my kid here. She is great with kids and passionate about her job. It isn't everyday you find someone who enjoys what they do and this only makes the experience for the kids more enjoyable. The activities done here are engaging, thoughtful, promote learning, and most importantly fun. I never have to worry about my child's well-being. I highly recommend this place to any parent looking for a top-notch childcare facility!"
