"My wife was approved for a French Bulldog on 8/05/2022 but was told she couldn’t take the puppy home because it had to be held for deworming . On the following Monday 08/08/2022 we brought the dog home and realized the puppy wasn’t getting along with our current dog . We returned the puppy that same day. Despite this the store only offered a %50 credit . The puppy total was 11K which meant the remaining balance is 6K. We were denied the 48hr %100 refund because they held the puppy in store . It’s an asenine proposition to hold customers responsible for 1/2 of the price of a puppy we were in possession of for less than a day."

"Buyer beware - these puppies are from Amish puppy mills. The owners are the worst people on the planet. I will never so much as buy another treat from this disgusting place again. The people that work here should be ashamed of themselves."
"Adopted a puppy here in 2016, $4,000 for a 6mo bullmastiff. (he was on sale) Came here the other day to look for another dog and played with one puppy. All of them look well kept. The only reason for my four stars is because my bullmastiff had a medical problem we found out when we first took him to the vet two days after adopting and he ended up needing surgery. But, he is now healthy and living perfectly fine and i recommend adopting a dog from here or any animal"
"Really nice staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Ari in the fish section she helped me decide on my tank and how to take care of it. I really enjoyed the customer service and how she spent time not pressuring me to buy and walk away but to simply guide me thru the fish and showed me more fun animals."
