"Food is always good, management in there are TERRIBLE. Today on September 30th at 12:49pm, I had a bad experience with management about a cup of ranch. I took the situation very in a very professional manner. I asked for an extra cup of ranch and they looked very frustrated with me, even charged me to be petty. "The staff is second to none. From the cashier to manager, they all deserve better than the quality of the food. Very friendly Curly fries were oil soaked, cold and soggy. The roast beef tastes like a mixture of metal and soap. It was also cold. The cheddar for the beef & cheddar was way too much and soaked the entire outside and inside of it. It was so bad…,I won’t ever go back. The Arbys at Destiny was amazing. Delicious food, but they are now closed."
