"I recently visited West Babylon Animal Hospital with my cat, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hospital itself was clean and welcoming, with a friendly atmosphere that immediately put both me and my pet at ease. Dr. Ryan and Dr. Sree were exceptional veterinarians who displayed a genuine passion for their work. They were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain any procedures or treatments needed and addressing all of my concerns with patience and empathy. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire visit, and I felt confident that my pet was in good hands. The staff at West Babylon Animal Hospital were also fantastic. From the front desk receptionists to the veterinary technicians, everyone was courteous and helpful, making the entire process seamless. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at West Babylon Animal Hospital. Dr. Ryan and Dr. Sree are truly dedicated professionals who provide top-notch care for their patients, and I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of veterinary services."

"Treated our baby boy and our concerns with true compassion and professionalism. We brought our kitten in for a last minute emergency appointment and we’re now are switching all of our pets over to be treated here. The best prices for the best attention. It’s not easy to find vets like the amazing people in this office! Highly recommend!"

"I had written an in in-depth review in the past, but it had gotten erased before I could post. however, everytime I drive by here, look at my dog or see him struggle, it reminds of what went wrong at this clinic. my dog went blind in one eye after receiving care here for an eye abrasion. he had a small scratch but his sight was intact. a few days later, I noticed his pupil had remained dilated after a prescribed analgesic ointment was used. I brought my dog in for two follow-up visits because of it. it looked ok to the vet, and he suggested w.e abnormality I was noticing was likely only temporary due to the med. after more than a month* he then only recognized something may be wrong and suggested an eye specialist. I drove two+ hours to have my dog evaluated. the ophthalmologist told me my dog had lost his vision by then. it was too late for an intervention. now that he's older, seeing him struggle due to this is very upsetting the office receptionist at that time was also unprofessional. I believe Dr. Hertzberg was the vet who saw my dog"
