"Excellent store. Very clean and well stocked. Employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and take good care of all the different animals that are there. The cat area in particular is always clean and the cats are obviously well cared for. There is always someone in the cat enclosure feeding, cleaning or playing with them. You can tell that the cats feel happy and safe."
"Brought my pets in for grooming to the Montauk location. Both were dragged by the slip leash through the entrance to the back. I was not allowed to see my pets until after I paid my bill, which was NOT what I was told it would be…it was more. I finally got my pets back with bald spots all over them, nails NOT trimmed. I contacted corporate who told me the store manager would contact me. To date, I have never received a call or response to my dissatisfaction. I will NEVER use their grooming service ever again and have told me friends the same. I had to take my pets to another groomer to correct and even out the hair."
