"You guys tell me to call if my son isn't feeling good and I called twice, both times your associates or yourself, are hanging up on me. Don't tell people to call if your gonna just hang up. Dr.bob told me to call and the secretary tells me he doesn't take calls but I told her he told me too just to be put on hold and hung up on. This is ridiculous how bad your primary care has been, I've been going to you when I was little and had no problems, now it's like your lucky if you get proper treatment or care. I will be changing my doctor and I'm very disappointed in how bad it has become. I'm upset because my sons been coughing and you neglect my calls, you rather have us come back in and get everyone sick or to charge the insurance for visitation just to tell me to use the asthma pump more and no medication. He's still coughing and I'm sure something more can be done. So for those of you reading this, take your children to a more professional environment and doctors. This is where you'd go just to get a doctors note for school since that's all they are good for."
