"This is the awesome fountain close to the DEP station of Ashokan reservoir. Ample of parking available for you to park and walk around the grounds and get closer to the fountain. Picnic tables are there in case you want to have picnic with friends and family."
"The reservoir was quite low. The fountain was impressive. We are in the middle of a drought though it has just rained quite a bit in NYC for the past day this Oct 12, 2020. I was told that there are water releases to push the salt front down the Hudson because so many communities rely on the Hudson for drinking water."
