"Can’t say enough about the quick response or service. I only leave a review when I’m just “in awe” of my experience. These folks know how to run a business the right way. We just needed a smaller amount for a fire pit for our rented cabin to last a couple of nights. Saw another review where the user texted about what they needed, so we did the same. We texted the number later on a Saturday (on a new year’s weekend mind you) and within a few hours, we had just over a quarter of a face cord delivered and stacked at our cabin before we even made it back from our dinner. I wish them great success in the future and can’t recommend them enough!"

"Around the Fire Firewood is a family owned business with outstanding customer service and professionalism. My husband and I reached out to see if we could purchase enough wood to last through our AIR-BNB cabin stay here in Cherry Log and this amazing family delivered to us on a Sunday, within a short few hours of my initial correspondence. Communication was a breeze…easy to understand and thorough. I have never ordered firewood before to be delivered and Amber made everything crystal clear, giving me complete confidence in the process. Each and every element of the purchase was just as described, from the very reasonable price and amount of wood, to the time of delivery. We were able to meet both Daniel and Amber, as well as their daughter, and they are some special folks…hardworking as it gets and on top of this, they even carried all the wood down a fairly steep, long path all the way down to our fire pit area where they stacked it beautifully, ready for our use. There were a variety of woods in the pile, including lighter sticks, and all burned just right. There was no dampness or mold. Our only regret is that we did not have Daniel and his team to deliver on our first vacation day. Next time, we plan on calling on our drive up so we can enjoy the fire pit daily. I highly recommend this service which far exceeded our expectations. Their kindness, positive attitudes, and willingness to serve have certainly left an unforgettable impression on us."

I contacted a number of firewood suppliers prior to my family's recent cabin rental, and the owners of Around the Fire quickly stood out as the most responsive, courteous, and accommodating of all. We chose to go with them as a result, and they delivered a very generous amount of competitively priced wood within an hour of our check-in--on a Sunday afternoon! One of the owners, Daniel delivered the wood personally and couldn't have been a warmer southern gentleman. My family enjoyed daily afternoon-to-evening fires with their high quality wood helping to make mountain memories we'll cherish forever. You'll be happy you called them for any/all of your North GA firewood needs."

"Firewood review Avoid this business! The product they deliver is inferior. They claim to deliver dry seasoned firewood but it simply does not burn. The wood sizzles and hisses and produces a lot of smoke but doesn’t burn, and instead of ending up with a fireplace full of white ashes, you end up with black charred logs that you must now throw away. What a waste! My previous wood supplier retired so I gave this business a try and was extremely disappointed. If the poor quality product wasn’t bad enough, I also spent an entire day waiting for them to deliver wood, only to receive regular excuses into the night as to why they hadn’t yet arrived. You guessed it! They never showed up. To make matters worse, I stupidly paid them twice what my neighbors pay for their wood, thinking that would result in receiving higher quality wood. Furthermore, when I complained they took no responsibility and seemed surprised I wasn’t happy. Stay away from this business."
