"The doctor is very good but the person doing the billing doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Before there was a person there who did. Now we have to find a new doctor because this office keeps trying to overcharge me and said that I have to meet my deductible which is wrong. I only have to pay my copay, which is always what I am responsible for and then if I owe anything not covered by my insurance, I will get a bill. They tried to charge me for my daughter's annual physical and they did charge me to complete papers for school, which is actually illegal."

"I recently changed PCP for my two girls because their former pediatrician closed his office. All I can say is that I am amazed at Dr. Maya’s level of skill. She was able to diagnose my older daughter’s hyperthyroidism and took one look at my younger daughter and said she needs to see a podiatrist! The wait time at the office is non existent and the staff is helpful and friendly."

"Dr. Maya Golbraykh isn’t a good doctor in my opinion. I went there with my daughter because of hair lost and all she did was tell me that she doesn’t know what to do and charged me $100.00 for 10 second to tell me that!!! And the weight scale is inaccurate! She weighed my daughter 10lb less then she was. It’s crazy for them not to check their equipment. What else aren’t they checking??? So be careful with her prognosis."

"There are few incidents that are particularly disturbing about this doctor: 1. My 11 month old went to the emergency room for blood in his poop. We were told we had to follow up with his pediatrician the next day and she can call in for test results done on the poop. We visited the pediatrician the next day and she seemed uninterested that we were concerned about blood in a babies poop. Weeks after we were calling her to follow up on the test results. To this day she has not and the hospital would not release the results to us! 2. This doctor prescribed a medicine for the baby that was not covered by insurance and cost $2,600. When we called to let her know we could not afford it and requested that she prescribed something more affordable she spoke top us as if we were beneath her for making such a request. 3. I asked the doctor for a letter which states the baby lives with me (requested by the IRS for an audit). It took 5 weeks of calling every few days to get the letter. 4. The last and final visit on September 17, 2017 was the last one. On the baby's 2 year visit the baby was crying nonstop and the doctor was more annoyed because we were her last appointment and she was ready to leave. Even though our appointment was 1.45 p.m. and they had called that morning to ask us to come early. We arrived at 12.50 p.m. and did not get to see the doctor until 1.48 p.m. The doctor said she saw fluid in the baby's ear and would prescribe an antihistamine to dry it up. That evening I went to the pharmacy and the prescription was not sent in. The next day I called the doctor office and spoke to the receptionist, when I explained why I was calling she asked me what medicine do I want the doctor to prescribe - N.B. I am not trained in any medical field so this question was disturbing to me. Today, 2 days later after several calls I spoke to the doctor and had to tell her what she said on Sunday since apparently she took no notes. Additionally the baby was crying nonstop and the doctor left to go home with instruction to her nurse/receptionist to draw blood for the annual blood test, after poking into my baby's arm for a few minutes and 5 tries she gave up, so no test for the baby. If you are looking for a pediatrician who is going to show any interest in your child's well being Dr. Maya Golbraykh is the wrong choice."

"She was recommended by my neighbor, Dr Golbraykh took her time and listened to my concerns. We came last Thursday, the wait wasn't that long, the cartoons and the toys kept Lilly busy in the weighting room. We also decided to pierce her ears at the same time and the doctor did a good job. Overall very happy with the visit."
