"I edited my review recently after thinking back on our experience with this practice. These folks were there from the time our little one came from the hospital. They were there to check him out thoroughly, allay concerns and fears, teach us best practices, and helpful tips. There were there late nights, in the wee hours of several desperate mornings when baby had croup and COVID, at mere months old and they were there on the phone with us. When baby was falling behind in growth, they were there with advice and a plan, and helped us get back on track. I cannot imagine going through having and raising a baby; especially your first one without their care and guidance. They had five stars before, but you folks need to know why parents drive their 17 year olds, from an hour and a half away by car to these doctors; long after the family has moved. Dr. Nunez-Rusotto and Dr. Oster are very experienced, careful and knowledgeable. Wonderful with their patients and their concerned parents. They are immensely patient and explain everything thoroughly. They are on call to handle emergency calls and the staff at their practice is so good. Every single person at this place is amazing. I can recommend this practice without any qualms or caveats. Try them out and you will understand. The worst part of going here is the street parking, you may on occasion have to walk half a block to find legal parking. Their genuine kindness, empathy and the energy they put into their patients shows this isn't a mere job for both of these amazing women and their kind and attentive staff. Love this place. It will leave a lasting impression. These wonderful women have been an important fixture in so many lives."

"I was a patient here all through my adolescence and was very happy. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I have been trying to get all my medical records for over a year and they have completely ghosted me. I don't know who works there now, but they're completely unprofessional in how they're handling this. To make it even worse, they have the audacity to charge me for my own medical records!! Please make sure you take all your records with you once you've turned 18 or you may have the same exact issues that I'm currently experiencing. Shame on them!"

"The staff here is spectacular. Receptionists and nurses are always so warm and attentive. Doctors are knowledgeable but with great bedside manner. Thoughtful and always ready to help, I couldn't recommend this office any more strongly. I can not think of a single time that I wasn't pleasantly surprised by how accommodating everyone is. Great, GREAT PRACTICE."

"I have been taking my two children here for about 4 years and I absolutely love it! The nurses and receptionists are always so nice and accomodating every visit. Dr. Oster is the best she is so caring, sensitive and calm.. She always takes her time to explain things while being super patient with my kids.. I highly recommend this office it's always such a pleasure for me to bring my kids to people who care!"
