"Spent 4 days on the Bog River Flow, also known as Low's Lake. Kayaker in from lower low's dam and camped just past upper dam. Awesome beauty especially as we were there during peak colors. Couple a great hikes, Lows Ridge by dam was easier hike with great flat ridge suitable for lunch. Green pond ridge hike was tougher with some harder scrambling, but views were also fantastic. Lots of eagles and loons!"

"Kayaked and canoed with several family members from horseshoe lake all the way up bog river to camp site 17. Absolutely beautiful views during the fall!! Had a blast hiking and enjoying the quiet outdoors ❤️"

"Camping near this area is so beautiful and relaxing. There are some gorgeous sun sets. Very little to no cell service out here. We love every single minute we have to truly get away and be refreshed in this place."

"The 130,000 acre Five Ponds Wilderness is nationally noted as the home of the largest stands of old growth forest in the east. Only a few trails enter the center of the Wilderness, making it one of the most remote areas east of the Mississippi River. If you seek solitude, and are willing to deal with rough terrain, blow-down, and flooded trails (this is the Kingdom of the Beaver) this is the place for you."
