"My family and I have loved getting ice cream here for years. Tonight we tried bowling and the older woman was trying to basically push us out the door. We wanted ice cream and this was before 8pm on a Saturday, and she stated we need to hurry up and order it because she doesn't want to clean the machine twice. Then the icing on the cake was when my wife payed when we were on the 10th frame so we could speed it up for them, and she shuts the lane down mid throw. Very disappointed and will not go back."

"Best bowling alley I have been to with great pricing and amazing staff soon as I walked in. Kid friendly with a few arcade games and best pizza!"

"Very poor experience, and rude customer service. Came here for a stag get together of 7 people. Lady accused the guys of having “beer muscles” when we were all on our third round, having a great time, and enjoying ourselves. Refused to serve a 4th round, and refused to let us bowl any more. Lady cut one lanes game short by 3 frames. Did not have kitchen open either. Will not be back."

"Called to ask about reserving a lane or two, lady who answered the phone was beyond rude. Hours claim they close at 10pm but she said they were shutting doors at 8:30pm? What an odd experience"

"My family and I went here last minute to bowl. We were enjoying our games until the owner came over and rudely mentioned that they were closing. At this point it is 9 pm, and their website said they did not close until 10. We had to wait almost 45 mimutes to bowl, and we were not told what time we had to be done with our games. She was so rude it pretty much ruined our night. Even though the bowling was good, I would definitely drive further to deal with nicer staff, I am extremely disappointed."
