"I love these guys. They treat my sweet baby cat so well, and I trust them. They are so friendly and always help me feel better about any concerns I’ve had with my girl. And my girl aways comes home happy. Thank you for being awesome! - I’d also like to point out that they have snacks for humans too! Im diabetic but also forgetful so if I was ever in need of some sugar I know they got me lol. ^-^"

"This place was wonderful to work with. We unfortunately had to put our 13 year old dog down pretty unexpectedly. Our vet wasn't able to see us that day but had given us a few numbers to call. This was 3rd call we had made and from the time the phone was answered the staff was kind and compassionate. They had a room ready for us on arrival and were so gentle. Our dog didnt love males and they quickly switched our vet tech to a female. They explained everything in a way we could understand it. I was blown away by the amount of compassion the staff here has. They brought our family alot of peace during a difficult time."

"Bless AIC! My 15-year old dog lost control of his bladder and hind legs this morning, and I was frantic. AIC was able to see us, after other emergency/urgent care hospitals turned us away. I understand there's a shortage of care in Rochester, but it's terrifying when you don't know what's wrong with your pet, or how serious it is, and are told over and over again that no one can see him. We were able to get in quickly for them to check his vitals, and then the wait to see a doctor wasn't terrible, either! The entire staff was wonderful: kind, patient, understanding, accommodating, and knowledgeable! I'm happy to say my dog is already feeling probably 90% better. Thank you so much, AIC! I hope we don't NEED to return, but it puts my mind at ease that this wonderful place exists, in the event we need it."

"We can't thank AIC enough for their wonderful care, amazing staff, and friendly environment! We made an appointment ahead of time for an issue that was relatively minor but couldn't wait for our normal vet's availability. Due to the nature of being an urgent care, there was an understandable wait when we arrived but we didn't have to stay glued in the waiting room which was super convenient. We took a walk and grabbed some dinner and then we were called in exactly at the estimated time we were given at check-in. Dr. Lamb and her entire staff were so friendly, caring, and efficient. She was able to quickly diagnose our pup's issue and took the time to understand his existing medications and health issues to ensure she prescribed a compatible treatment. It's only been 24 hr and he is already feeling 10x better! Thank you AIC, you are such an invaluable asset to our pet community!"
