"The quality has plummeted in the past 5 years and there has been unexplainable vet turnover. The two vets we used to see are now gone and there is only one vet. No availability. No doctor on Fridays. Never any availability to see pets for urgent visits. (We called today - Wed - at 9am and were told there is no availability for the remainder of the week.) We have had three emergencies in 12 years of having a pet at Laurelton. In the past 2 years their ability to help has been pathetic. They used to be helpful. Now they just say to go to emergency vet, which doesn't even exist in our area anymore."
"First visit there since the former vet left and wasn't optimistic. I've changed my mind after having met the new vet Dr. Schuster (sp). He was kind and answered my questions;- even called re the results of the bloodwork my cat had. The techs are always good and I guess there will be additions to the current staff."
"Kara one of the techs at this office is so kind, empathetic and gentle with my 13 yr old pug, Lily Grace. We went to immediate care the week before and Lily went thru a lot there. "I have been bringing my dogs to Laurelton for five years. I switched to Laurelton as my previous veterinarian's office involved extreme wait times (sometimes hours) for both appointments and bill payment. The staff at Laurelton is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and they treat my dogs with genuine compassion and kindness. I have always been able to schedule appointments in a timely manner and I get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I was put on hold, maybe two times in five years, and it only lasted a couple of minutes. The facility is clean and comfortable. I am very happy with the care my dogs receive."
"I took my pets to Laurelton Bayside Animal Hospital at first out of convenience, as it was about a mile from my house. I now live 45 mins away and they're still well worth the drive. The ability to text the admin staff is so convenient when you're juggling work/home tasks. I always receive quick, thorough results and advice directly from the Vet after appointments or calls. They check in on your pets aftercare, and you can just tell they're animal lovers. The care is top notch and I definitely recommend them for your fur babies!"
