"This pharmacy is unreliable, inefficient, and often unethical. Every week something is late, and when you ask for clarification or information about the matter the women who answer the phones often dismiss your concerns and ignore you. I had one woman tell me to call all surrounding pharmacies myself to see who has my medication instead of checking the system. I’ve also had a woman close down my account because the refill was out of stock. Now I have to spend several days w/o medicine, trying to resolve the issue."

"Really disappointed in this Walgreens. Had my second Moderna vaccination there and called Walgreens general number to see why my second dose was not showing up on the app. Was told my appointment showed as “unfulfilled.” Called the store directly as instructed and was told “there’s nothing we can do at our end!” Just do your job and close out the paperwork! Make sure you register your vaccine using the Vsafe sheet you receive (scan the QR code to register with Vsafe) in case Walgreens leaves your appointment “unfulfilled.”"

"A wonderful neighborhood pharmacy with friendly and caring staff. The changeover from Rite Aid to Walgreen's was a bit stressful and chaotic at times, but now everything appears to run smoothly. The Walgreen's system is an improvement and easy to navigate, and the pill bottles are much easier to open. The price savings is significant as well."

"An absolute mess. Since this location was changed over from a Rite Aid to a Walgreens I have had nothing but problems with the pharmacy. Their computer system cannot handle the simplest tasks and has delayed prescriptions for myself and my family multiple times. The staff is still mostly the same from when the location was a Rite Aid, and I never had problems like this before. I have also heard similar stories from others using different locations that used to be Rite Aids. If I could give 0 stars I would. PLEASE BRING RITE AID BACK"

"Ever since the change to Walgreens, the pharmacy has been in absolute shambles. I had 4 prescriptions delayed in a month, one of which they claimed to have left a message on an answering machine, explaining that my medication was delayed indefinitely. I never received a message, so they either lied or got my information wrong. I went 2 weeks without a very important medication and they never told me anything about it until I called in to complain. Do not ever, EVER get prescriptions from here, especially if they’re important ones. You would sooner die than receive your meds."
