"Probably the worst shopping experience I’ve had in a while. Store smells awful like a sewer right when you walk in to start off the shopping experience. Everything is a disaster on the racks and shelves. And to finish off the experience employees leisurely take their time cashing out customers while a line of 20 builds and you’re waiting for 30 minutes because they only have two people working while the manager on duty aimlessly walks around instead of helping cash people out. Then you’re harassed at the register to sign up for their credit card or to donate to whatever cause they have going on after you’ve already said no."

"Marshall's honors clothing VOUCHERS! I took my voucher there from Acces-VR and they helped out with the paperwork. It may have taken them 5 women staff but they got through the lengthy paperwork. Thank you, Marshall's!!!"

"I love Marshalls, especially this one. It's a bit far from my place. I drive there from Henrietta and mostly visit my own local Marshalls, but whenever I am in that area, I don't miss going there. They definitely have more variety there. Things are nearly organized, and the staff is courteous. It's definitely recommended. They have a large collection of bags and skin care products too."
