"I have tried services at 5 other vet offices in Rochester before coming to Brockport Animal Hospital. Brockport is a bit of a drive for me but they have my trust in taking care of my fur babies. My puppers have been patients for years and seem to love the staff! (My Chihuahuas always nipped at the other Vets but never at Brockport lol! That means something!!!) The prices for appointments and vaccinations are affordable compared to other vet offices I have been to. There have been a few times that I've called for an emergency same day appointment and they have always accommodated and made a way for me to come in. Also, they have given me call backs with cancellations. LOVE THAT FOLLOW UP! When my little old man Dunkin passed away, they had sent me a card and his paw prints, I didn't expect them to do that. I appreciated that so much. Thank you for all that you do."

"This vet has been my go to for many many years since having Guinea pigs. Now I have rabbits. Unfortunately they’ve gone majorly down hill…. always calling and getting the answering machine stating they’re busy and to keep calling back (you can’t leave a message). I’ve gotten some rude receptionists as well. It got to a point where I would dread and stress about having to call and try to make an appointment with this place for my babies. If you need a sick appointment you have to call at 8am and if they don’t have any slots available you have to call at 8am the next day and hope you can get through to an actual person and not the machine recording… it’s just very frustrating and became very stressful. I always felt like a nuisance trying to call. The only thing keeping me here was Dr. Edwards because he’s fantastic!! I’m sure all the other vets are fantastic too! It’s just their policies and way of doing things and getting some rude people over the phone that has turned me away. I think they’ve gotten too busy for what they can control. Maybe it’s a different, better experience for some who have cats or dogs. I know more vets are available to them."

"We love Dr. Edwards and the entire staff at BAH!! I've been bringing my pets here for fifteen years and know they are always in excellent care. Stella and Layla may not know it, but they appreciate being healthy and well taken care of thanks to these hard working folks. Every time I have an issue or concern, BAH is always available for a phone consultation, test, or appointment. I appreciate them always making time for us and won't take my girls anywhere else!!"

"Doctor Lefler is the most AMAZING Veterinarian to all of my animals I have always brought to her. She is so knowledgeable and so kind and calm and comforting. She always has given me such peace knowing they are in the best hands with her and reassurance of any next steps needed to be taken for their over all health and well-being - I trust her so much. Everyone at Brockport is so nice to me as well from every phone call to every visit. It’s such a smooth process.
