"The person I serve and I love going shopping. We usually go to Marshall’s in Batavia which is way more organized and spacious. I thought since the holidays were over this TJ Maxx wouldn’t be so cluttered and we would be able to navigate easily. Unfortunately, that was not the case. On google they have the wheelchair emblem showing they’re “handicapped accessible”, which sure if said person is able to navigate through tight filled aisles with carts of inventory in the walkway and displays cutting off the walk way. Multiple times we ran into that during our visit. We also had very impatient employees that would come up behind us trying to get by. If you see a person in a wheelchair, please have some patience, or go down an aisle to go by them. I’m leaving this review because I know that most people who are not in this situation, aren’t aware of the difficulties someone in a wheelchair and/or developmentally disabled run into daily while out in public."

"I like the items they offer and the prices but for God’s sake, can some associate ever vacuum the filthy dressing Room floors?. Lots of dust, dirt and just misc stuff on the floor! My own clothes get dirty trying to remove them to try things on. It is ALL THE TIME. Brockport, NY"
"I love this store! They have fantastic jewelry at affordable prices. The people who work there are very sweet and always happy. Of course I would be too if I worked there. I love their home decor and makeup selection. I've never left there empty handed."
