"It's awkward as hell to invite an outsider into your home, especially knowing that new person is professionally required to walk through all the most sensitive areas. But our A-1 technician Chris is so easygoing and professional that he immediately eased the tension. Even with kids and pets and clutter scattered around, Chris calmly and efficiently worked his way through the house, and stopped to check in and share updates throughout the process. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, and if he was judging how gross our house is he didn’t show it. Oh, and the treatments have also been really effective so far. We subscribed with A-1 last year to help with wasps, stink bugs, and an unfortunate late-summer flea outbreak that was plaguing the house. The first round of treatments stopped the major issues, and Chris followed up on every issue during our second treatment a few days ago. The subscription process was quick and easy. I hate (hate) making calls like this, but the woman that helped me was so pleasant and helpful that I forgot about being anxious. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to subscribe, just do it. My dad had been gushing over his satisfaction with A-1 for years, and specifically his technician Chris, so despite Dad’s tendency to exaggerate I figured it was worth a shot when we were having issues. I have not been disappointed. This marks the first time Dad’s recommendation 100% lived up to his hype. I highly recommend both A-1, and have also found myself sharing how positive my experience has been with anyone who will listen. Give them a try."
