"I couldn't find anyone or a number to call when 2 machines took my change. Most machines don't work or the dryers. They need to get a better cleaning service as well if it wasn't an emergency to use the laundrymat then I would of never went in there. I would not have them a star if I could of gave them negative stars.. Worst by far in this town. I'm very angry about the customer service of wait there was none and how clean they keep their facility."
"Superior! I haven't used a laundromat/cleaners in many years. I'm living in a camper trailer while building a house in Lenoir. I took my loads of clothes and Sonya gave me the option to have them wash/dry/fold for me. I was shocked at the great price, speed, and care with which they were done. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Great customer service and friendliness was an added bonus."
"Very clean. A few people in, not too busy, plenty of machines in good working order. Very nice staff. Coin changers, detergent singles available to buy. Prices are pretty high compared to where I'm from (Just moved here from Buffalo). Top loads are 3.50 (I'm used to 1.75!) and front loads start at $6 per load (ours were 3.50). Dryers 50c, not sure how many minutes they ran. This was end of May 2023."
"This place socks the first time I came here it was great but this time the washer didn't ring my clothes out and the washer did Niwot read half the money I put in it and the worker did not even give me my money bk I do not recommend this place"
"The location uptown is great! Heated and cooled, comfortable chairs, and several booths to sit and eat. Even has an old Ms PacMan arcade game to play while waiting for your laundry. There are a couple of TV's at this location as well. Also the lady that works there keeps everything clean and neat all day long."
