"Very disappointed with the alteration service that I received. Dropped off two pairs of pants to be altered, was told that the seamstress had just taken on 40 ball uniforms so it would be about 8 days before mine would be ready. I said ok, no problem. I went back in 8 days (Friday) and it was not done. I was advised to come back the following week. I didn’t need them the following week, so I put off going to get them until the week after that. So Tues, 19 days after being dropped off and 11 days after they were promised, still not completed and no one bothered to call me to let me know there was a delay. I needed them for a planned trip. I asked to just take them with me I would find someone else, but they supposedly did not have a way to contact the seamstress (she is offsite) and would have to get the owner to contact her and they would call me the next day. I went out of town without the pants (Weds). No call, no follow up, nothing from them all week. I went back on Monday and they were finally done 25 days later. I am most upset about the lack of communication, if you say something will be done and it’s not going to happen, have the courtesy to call the customer and let them know what is going on so that they can make the decision to take them elsewhere if need be. I have moved my business elsewhere due to this experience."

"They're the only clean as I know in town right now they've been there for many a year and their work is good so if you need your clothes dry clean that's the place I would suggest"
