"If there was an option for 0 stars I'd do it, doctors there don't call in medications when they say they will. I had severe issues that I went there for help on & he didn't do a thing for me. Never got results for my testing, they give me a call back then hang up. This place is absolutely the worst urologist in the entire state. Highly recommend staying away from them."

"I am not impressed with their doctors at all. They do NOT listen to their messages at all even when calling nurses for questions and never call you back. When they did finally call back the person even said they didn't listen to them. This is the Oneida office I am talking about. The doctor on my last visit removed a stent for and left the room so fast I couldn't even ask him anything and they didn't even leave me anything to clean myself up with and there was nasty fluid all over me! Go elsewhere!!!!!!"
