"I’ve had a membership here for two years. They are inconsistent and the only good massage therapist is Dana, good luck getting an appointment with her within two months of making the appointment. The other ones I’ve tried have invited me to there house, that was totally unprofessional. And another spent my entire massage trying to convince me that I should go to her church and be more religious. They also will find every reason to charge you. And after I was no longer comfortable going there and cancelled my membership they forced me to pay for another month. Then when I called a month later they tell me my points had expired. They also will tell you they sent you reminders even after showing them proof they didn’t. They still claim they did and charged me anyways. Even though they didn’t do their job and send out reminders, I’m at fault and had to pay. The membership is a total scam so they can have your card on file and charge you when ever they like. Also increased their rates with out telling me or having me sign anything approving them to charge more on my card. What a total waste $2,000"

"Received a phone call that I had an appointment scheduled and there is a no show fee of 50% of cost. I have been there once and never made another appointment, nor would I. Too expensive!"

"This was my first time getting a facial and Lisa was AMAZING- she was kind, explained the process to me and benefits of each product while keeping the conversation fun and engaging. Overall it was an extremely relaxing experience and I'd recommend her to anyone new or anyone who regularly gets these services done. She also gave me a few product recommendations for my daily routine that seriously improved my skin texture and brightness."

"My massage therapist, Amanda was incredible. Massage I've had ever, very friendly and personable. Would have given five stars but I didn't like how the music kept changing every few minutes. It was just like 3 minutes of water sounds then 3 minutes of instruments and kept switching back and forth, would be better if they had one thing for the whole time. But that had nothing to do with Amanda"
