"We started with Cooper Kids in March 2020. They finished evaluations on March 14th-as the pandemic really started to shut everything down. My daughter started with just PT virtually. Over the 2.5 years, our service coordinators, we had two, were both great, communicative, patient and supportive. We added multiple therapies over the course of our time in EI, most in person and some virtually, and our service coordinators made it all possible and did so quickly. I knew folks whose service coordinators spent months without finding service providers-not us. Our transition to CPSE was also very smooth due in great part to Cooper Kids. Highly recommend if you’re looking for early intervention services for your child."

"I appreciate and loved working with our Physical Therapist, Divine Padilla. We were assigned to work with Divine because my 1-year old (at the time) was a severe tip-toe walker which caused significant delays to her being able to walk. I cannot recommend Divine enough. Her patience, her knowledge, her empathy, her friendliness are all SO appreciated. I would text her videos of my daughter and ask her questions, and she'd always respond with great advice. My daughter grew attached to her too, despite only meeting her in person one time. When we first started PT, my daughter hated it - likely because the stretches were uncomfortable for her. Once my daughter started becoming more mobile and she gained more flexibility, she began looking forward to her virtual sessions with Divine because she made them fun for Adele. I couldn't even bring my laptop into the living room without my daughter excitedly running after the laptop yelling "Divine!" because she thought she just lived on the screen permanently. If you would have told me that by the time we ended PT that my daughter would be running, playing soccer, and going up and down stairs independently, I would have had trouble believing you. It just seemed so out-of-reach at the time as her toe-walking was so severe. But with Divine's dedicated attention to Adele, we made it happen! I am so grateful for Divine, and I just wanted to let you know what a gem you have on your staff! We are really going to miss working with her! But thankfully, because of Divine's help, we no longer need PT :)"

From the moment I first spoke to the potential evaluator Valerie who actually ended up being one of the people who evaluated my daughter I had such a comforting feeling that my child would be in good hands. Every single staff member I have dealt with from Valerie to Katelyn to Jennifer have been nothing short of professional, kind, and reassuring. My daughter’s turn around for beginning her sessions was very quick and the quality of instruction has exceeded my expectations. Cooper Kids came recommended and I am glad I took the recommendation. As a woman and mom of color, often times we are not taken as seriously when we express a medical or life concern and to be not only taken seriously but treated with such compassion has really been a blessing to me and my family. "The experience i had was Phenomenal. My son was diagnosed with bilateral hearing loss and auditory neuropathy since birth, At the age of 6 mo my son was automatically enrolled with no wait time or hassle. They helped my son get the services he needed such as speech therapy, special instruction, psychological evaluations (not done at 6 mo old but at 1.5 yrs old). My case worker(Luz C.) worked very closely with me and did regular check ins to make sure i felt satisfied with the therapists teaching my son. I loved how much my son has learned and how much they prepared him for the transition of Early Intervention to CPSE. I wouldn't go anywhere else if i have another child in the future with the same issues my son had."
