"Yes Psychotherapy services is a premium mental health center and I am happy to post this review,that should have been written a long time ago. Under the amazing leadership of Dr. Iris Yankelevich, this center relies on an extremely professional group of psychotherapists and psychiatrists who, individually and as a team, provide the best mental health services in town. I have known Dr. Yankelevich and her colleagues for about a decade now and, without a doubt, I can say that they are the most experienced, prepared and devoted mental health providers I have ever met. I have consulted with Dr. Yankelevich privately and professionally often and don’t have enough words to express my deep appreciation for her professional skills and personal investment in her specialized métier. My experience with her and the wonderful people she works with couldn’t have been more positive. I also want to mention the extraordinary performance of Rebeca Cruz who, at the front desk, is a master in multi-tasking. "Big disappointment. I used to see Iris in Manhattan and she is a great professional that gives you strength to move forward, however since she disappeared from YES this place is just an insult to psychotherapy. My both kids and I were seeing therapists there (plus their dad). Mariela used to scream at me because I was 15 min late. Told me to get a new therapist if I had a problem with her methods. She hardly spoke English and was staring at the clock non stop as she had to catch the train to LI. Then after one session with her I got nervous breakdown- left her office and was sick entire week. Nobody followed up on me. I got new therapists that quit on me and my daughter after two sessions as it was too late for her (7pm). YES does not allow you to contact your therapist directly - not even your kids therapists. My child is talking scary things, crying every morning- but the therapists does not answer- the receptionist has to approve his contact with me. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE- MY FAMILY FELL APART WITH THEIR GREAT HELP!"
