"In my personal experience, PD mental health has been an unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. The director, in my opinion, has been extremely unprofessional and has even gone as far as to scream at employees (myself included) over miscommunications caused by him and his administration team. In my experience, I believe the center to have an extremely high employee turnover rate. In my time there, I saw at least 6 front desk staff come and go many expressing to me their negative feelings towards the work environment. In my opinion, the lack of communication within this practice is seen not only in the employees, but in the quality of service the patients are receiving. In my opinion, even the responses on these google reviews are embarrassing to read, the lack of professionalism can be seen a mile away. In my opinion, the response to this review will most likely be passive aggressive as seen on other post, further proving my point. Update: The response from the director speaks for itself. It is also NOT impossible as it did in fact happen with you and your business partner after letting a provider enter an office I was unaware was unavailable for their use this was all via phone conversation. As for a google reviews, they are reviews meant to review your practice as a whole. As far as me expressing my concerns I have including this incident in particular. The director has been in office while I was working during summer of 22 (the cameras will prove that) but if that is what you're going with, that shows how uninvolved the director is to not even show up to his practices to see how they are doing. Additionally, please look into autocorrect and punctuation, at least try to be professional."

"Me and my wife had very bad experience with them, my first visit, they don't take debit and credit card, cash but they don't have change, they told me since they don't have change exactly, I can't see the therapist, they never mentioned anything about payments and in the end they wasted my time and didn't even apologize to us, not really good to recommend! They mention on they response that am not in the system , of course not because this is my Nick name"

"The 5-star rating I don’t believe it at all. Thank God my child or myself are not suicidal seeking for their help. They reschedule reschedule and they never got back to us. Thanks a lot. Response to Owner: No confusion, this is the center I called several times and was told we'll call you back. It was not under my name it was for my child. But you probably can't find her name either because this center is below standards."
