"Poor customer service no stars asked for something an was told the store is too busy that I got to wait 20 minutes for the food how is it to busy when it’s me an two other customers now I’ve seen it were there is 10 people in the store an the cashier still does what the customer asked for an then continues to cash ppl out after they put the person food in the over now tell me I’m wrong I have never waited no 20 minutes for no rollers even on the busyness days an I’m not gonna start today then he rang my stuff up then told me I’m not gonna get service after I swiped my card tell me now it’s all about the customers now very very poor service an I will not be going back to that stor I would rather spend my money somewhere else we’re I get good customer service with polite workers that respect the people that come in to there store if you hate your job an hate paying customers then maybe you should quit your job."
"The coffee is always hot and available, the employees are always very friendly, and they always had a nice selection of muffins and other sweet rolls in the morning at a fair price in their donut display case. However, the cockroaches running around in the restroom were a huge turn off. If they’re in the bathroom, they’re probably in the kitchen, too. I don’t eat anything from there anymore."
"The people who work there are great. But their fountain drinks suck. They are literally 3/4ths water. Literally any other 7-11 in this area is better. It's been like this for months and I don't know why no one has fixed their problem. Everything else about this place is okay. But literally go the extra mile to go to any of the other ones for fountain drinks."
"Awful customer service. Stopped in during my lunch break. The lady behind the counter (Amanda?) leaves register as I walk up and starts talking to a guy about getting him free soda. After we wait on her she come back to the register and tell everyone in line its cash only. She could have put a sign on the door to let us know instead of wasting our time. Theyere where two more employess outside smoking, so it wasnt like they didnt have the staff to do so. Would not recommend."
