"I was dealing with Achilles tendinopathy for months (and on and off for the past couple years) and was struggling to treat it successfully. It was preventing me from playing basketball regularly so I decided to see Bhavik at Elite Movement. I honestly wish I saw him sooner because after just a few sessions (and doing the exercises at home) I started seeing dramatic improvement, and in just a few weeks I was back to playing full court basketball again. Bhavik has a wealth of knowledge and was able to clearly explain the purposes of all the exercises and stretches he prescribed. It was very impressive how quickly Bhavik was able to find the right exercise for me to do. I tried doing some stretches that I read off the internet but they weren’t working with the amount of stiffness I had and Bhavik recommended variations of the stretch that made all of the difference to my recovery. Fast forward a few months and I barely even think about my Achilles anymore. It does have a slight flare up now and then but it’s usually because I didn’t do my prehab routine and I know exactly how to treat it now if it does happen.
