"Very dodgy billing practices. I was assured that they take my insurance, only for them to bill me hundreds of dollars and for my insurance to deem them “out of network.” I have repeatedly tried to contact their billing department with no success. After getting through to billing via their automated system and leaving a message which I never got a response to, I called their main number and was given a different number to call for billing. That number is out of service. Sketchy company, and they also made me wait an hour for my appointment on 1/19/24."

"The entire staff at Theradynamics is wonderful! They are professional, knowledgeable, and invested in your overall recovery. The JH location is an excellent facility; it has modern equipment, private rooms, and is clean. My physical therapist, Rajvi, is amazing. She listens to my concerns, answers my questions, and keeps me motivated during my series of exercises. Their app is also great as it has a series of exercises you can do outside of your sessions, which includes instructional videos on how to perform the exercises properly. Overall - highly recommended."
