Competent, diligent, reliable, thoughtful, caring—I could go on and on. Everyone is so respectful, and unlike other experiences I’ve had (with other practitioners over the past eight years dealing with this knee injury), I never feel as if I’m rushed or spoken down to. Phyllis and Erin answer my numerous questions with patience and thoroughness.
