"We took our dog to this location for a wash and was greeted with attitude and the worker made me and my wife feel very unwelcomed. Being that we pay so much for the wash services already, we previously left our discount card behind on the counter with one wash used (1/5) and was willing to buy another. But with the attitude and lack of help we didn't. We purchased one wash instead. Because the experience was uncomfortable which is disappointing because we previously enjoyed washing our dog here."

"This store is consistently wonderful. It's employees are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Maddie helped me pick a new food that would be suitable for my dogs food allergies recently. She also helped me find several chew toys that have curbed his mouthing. At another visit a different employee shared extensive knowledge about caring for rabbits when I came in clueless about my new bunny. The level of time, support, and expertise this store provides is the reason Pet Supplies Plus is the only place I will shop for any of my pets!"
