"Stopped in here on Sunday morning-1/21/24- and had a great experience. The gentleman working greeted me, there was a huge selection of the cat food I needed and the same gentleman rang out my order with a pleasant and helpful attitude. Not my normal PSP location but I'll be back when I'm in the area."

"I used to love coming in here because I love to look at the animals (plus I always but stuff for my Himalayan cats and husky dog)... but I will not be coming in anymore. Typically, I would say the staff is super friendly (they are). But this one girl, Michaela (supposed manager), has the most condescending, aggressive, and disrespectful demeanor. Here's the story: I seen that they have a beautiful baby conure (which I've been researching & scoping out birds recently), and I instantly fell in love and decided THIS IS FINALLY THE ONE! After playing with him for a bit, I went and asked a worker (male), whom was friendly and went to look for a manager but came back to tell me that : "they cannot let me take him out of the cage UNLESS I WAS GOING TO BUY HIM". So, okay, fine. I can understand that. I went back to the cage and as my partner is convincing me that this is the one, I decided I needed to at least see if he even liked me considering he was killer overpriced at $600 (on sale). So, I put my hand in a TINY SLOT DOOR (4" x 3") and I was socializing with him and I just knew we had to have him! Well, this NASTY girl comes storming out of the back and told me "that's not OK, you can't do that!" And she literally shut the door while my hand was in it forcing me out whilst aggressively berating us!?! Now that my have is out, she continues to stand 6 inches from my partners face STILL running her trap about how we should've asked a manager this and that (but we had). My partner was so upset, she literally cried because we wanted the bird so bad and we know he's about to sit there for MONTHS just like the ferrets and the tarantula because they are SUPER OVERPRICED & because they bite from NOT BEING SOCIALIZED! Those birds are the most social creatures and NEED that love and affection or else they will literally die. All of their pets are overpriced and still sitting there MONTHS later. It's disgusting and sad. I was a serious buyer. And at that price, you would think they would want to do whatever they could to make a big sale! I still might buy the baby, because he's better off with me, but I'm not until I speak to someone with some common sense."

"If you close at 7pm on weeknights please UPDATE your store hours on Google! I just drove 20 minutes to the store to find out it's already closed. Super upset as they were one of the only stores that had the dog food on sale that I need."
