"I wish i could give this place a negative 1000000 review. This place is disgusting. Short staffed doesn’t take care of your loved ones, didn’t have the proper equipment to take care of my grandpa. He ended up back in the hospital with Covid almost dying. Don’t send your love ones to this place. It is hell in disguise. Staff are SO RUDE. And have ZERO PATIENTS."

"Horrible place to put your loved one. Left my mother hanging in a hoyer lift over an hour in the bathroom because the aid couldn't get it to work. Nebulizer mask always laying on the floor and then given to her to use. Tubing and mask should be replaced at least every 3 days. My mom ended up needing more intensive care and staff admitted that they don't know how to care for sick patients. Nobody knew how to use the ventilator mom needed at night. Call bell repeatedly ignored with my mom frantically calling me because she needed help. I can say so much more about the horrible care she received. If you are so short staffed, why keep admitting patients? Horrible excuse. Mom ended up dying."

"Do not let any of your family members go to this place. Disgusting , dirty, no one returns phone calls, all her clothes and shoes came up missing. They ignored her. She got lice and they never treated her so the hospital had to shave her head. She got sent to the hospital and the family was not contacted and we called to get a report on her 3 days in a row and ask them to call us back and they never did and come to find out she was not even their she had been sent to hospital and one aid I talked to said she was the patients aid which was not true she was not even their so disgusting!!!!I would not send my pet their !!!"

"I spent a few weeks here after my knee replacement surgery in June. The staff was very nice and they have a great physical therapist that I worked with every day. I'm very grateful they got me strong faster than I thought they would. I will come back when I have the other knee done. Thank you Gowanda!"

"They've taken excellent care of my mom! Staff is friendly and attentive, the facility is kept clean, medical care is great and she enjoys cooked meals each day. I'm not close by so it's reassuring to know she is getting a "Dixie Cup" for a snack (her comfort food), developing genuine relationships with staff and being treated so well. She'd lost her joy, but now she is smiling again. My family and I appreciate all the loving kindness you've shown her. Bless you!"
