"This place is probably the worst choice you can make. The clinic is cold, empty, and feels like a prison. Whomever made the design and color choices for this building has no idea what a healthy healing space looks like. You are treated like a number. The therapists have no interest in supporting you or going outside whatever their textbook tells them to do. Recovery is not a priority, money is. They just care about meeting the requirements Buffalo wants them to and anyone who actually gave a damn has either quit, been fired, or retired. Absolutely go elsewhere - you will not get the caring support, help, or therapy you need here."

"I tried to work with rose and Isabel to achieve some relief from my mental issue. I'm discouraged to find that I feel like clawing my eyes out or shooting myself thanks to the neglect I received from rose and Isabel. I have been forced to find a new place for counseling because these people appear to be interested in their pay check as opposed to seriously helping me. I didn't request controlled substances or act rude, yet I was interrupted often while trying to speak to Isabel. She acted as if she was treating a mouse. I think she holds the assumption that because she holds a degree she has the right to treat my feeling as inadequate or inferior. I recommend running while you can."
