She aims to provide a safe and comfortable environment where clients feel heard and supported, promoting healing for the body, mind, and spirit.
Outside of her work at Trinity Massage, Cheryl enjoys practicing yoga, meditating, and listening to music. She also has a passion for cooking, baking, and overall wellness. Cheryl is a mother of four and a grandmother of three, and she and her husband enjoy gardening, hiking, and kayaking in the beautiful Adirondacks.
