"Honestly I'd give a negative if I could. Pretty sure I have lyme disease at this point. The call center got hung up on twice and my email has gone unanswered. At this point they should just shut the Boonville office down."

"I'm writing this review from a family member point of view. My dad has been acutely sick for some time and did not have a primary care doctor- so we decided to make him an appointment to get established. My dad had been fighting off fevers for four days and had a covid test the day prior (pending results at the time of the appointment). Ruby at the front desk greeted him and backed away once she heard about his fevers, however- at the screening it said 97.1. My dad has been feeling "foggy" and answered the screening questions to the best of his ability. Once he got to meet his doctor, Dr. Cheng, my dad said the doctor was very nice but informed my dad he could not treat him until they have the covid results. My dad begged at this point for him to do something as my dad "does not feel right". Dr. Cheng then stated "well we can do labs or another urine..." but ultimately decided to do nothing. He did however, tell my dad he did not feel comfortable with him driving home, but offered up no other resources. As a registered nurse who works in the hospital setting I was disgusted when I was informed of this. How does someone go to the doctors office for help and gets pushed out the door with NO BASIC LABS or ANY work up at all? I am appalled. When I called the office, I informed Ruby that my dad went to the hospital and has a fever of 101.7, to which she stated "oh ok I'll add that to his chart". I asked Ruby why no work up was done while he was there this morning, Ruby stated "well he was shying around the questions about covid..." When I asked her to explain what she means she stated "I don't know I can't explain it". I then explained to Ruby that I am a RN and am very concerned at the fact no labs or anything were done, she then let me speak to Rhonda. Rhonda is a nurse and was very patient and pleasant but stated "well we do not treat covid here...". At this point my dad's covid test had come back negative, which I informed them of. SO this office disregarded my dad's pleading for help because they "thought" he had covid. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. Get a primary medical doctor who will treat his patients appropriately. Hopefully they can get more competent people up front as well as functional equipment to adequately check temperatures."
