"This happened to me here years ago but I just told the story recently and this deserves a review. Years ago I came into this office looking for birth control options after having my son. I asked the doctor to please recommend an option that won't affect my weight gain. Verbatim she says "the only thing that will make you gain weight is putting your hand up to your mouth". Needless to say I was flabbergasted at the bedside manner this woman lacks. Not only does it show how little medical knowledge she truly has on the affects of hormones on the body but she didn't even give me any options after that! Just insulted me and left her MA to take blood. Luckily for me I was in med school at the time and knew better but what if another naive girl walks in listening to this crock? 0/10."

"Dr. Williams delivered my son almost 8 years ago. I’m currently pregnant and thought, how great it would be to have her take me on this new pregnancy journey. Wrong thought. Her staff seems to NEVER answers the phone at this location. I even called the other location and was placed on hold and they never picked up. My business will now go to someone who values their clients. As a patient, no one should have to go through such a process to be seen. Extremely disappointed."

"The doctor is fantastic but her staff are very unprofessional. I came to both of these offices for my first pregnancy and I was never seen on time. Not once. I waited atleast 1 hour every time. At 9 months pregnant I was made wait 4 hours to see the sonogram tech. Also her staff don't really seem like they know what they are doing. It is really a shame because Dr. Williams is great."
