"I wouldn’t not return or refer anyone to northern dutchess or Nuvance health. The care I received while miscarrying was appalling. They were completely unorganized treated me like I was bothering them while I was tragically loosing my first child. I was then told by the OBGYN midwife who told me there was nothing for them to do and to let it happen naturally rather than take a pill or have a D&C. She also informed me that if I wanted any of those options such as a pill I’d have to go elsewhere for it. And that the D&C would be on there time when they were available. They sent me to planned parenthood for help."

"Absolute worst experience of my life. I have been battling uterine cancer for 15 years. I was referred here waited 2 months for an appt to find out they won't see me because they don't accept my insurance. They never verified my insurance prior to my appt. The woman at the desk after me telling her about the severity of my situation recommends that I change my insurance so that I can return at a later date. They are listed in the doctors who accept my insurance. She refused to even attempt to verify it while it was here. So now I'm sitting outside in below freezing weather waiting for med transport to pick me up. The woman in the front were also extremely nasty and continuously tried to send me to the wrong suite of doctors and got nasty when I corrected them about which place I was supposed to be seen today unprofessional. I worked in health care my entirelife. This place is a joke. Its also not ethical to recommend someone change their insurance because they didn't verify it prior to my appt. That's standard procedure."
