"Not even worth 1 star but can't rate any worse. She's retiring the end of the year and she's already checked out. I had an appt.to discuss a surgical procedure and she kept referring to incorrect items in my file. I had to correct her several times. I signed a records release a week ago for a second opinion and they never arrived at the new office. When I called, to find out where they were, the receptionist was rude and said I had to take it up with the Dr as she hasn't even written the notes in my file. And she isn't even working today?"

"THERES A LOT of bad about my experience this morning. IM FURIOUS and I’ll NEVER be back! I am a HIGH RISK PREGNANCY!!! I’ve been in preterm labor TWICE and I’m only 27 weeks pregnant. I just sat here for almost an HOUR watching people including pregnant women walk in and go right in to see the Dr. .... lost my patience there but continued to wait quietly. FINALLY GET IN THE BACK and explain my car was vandalized so if we could possibly get things done that they need to do today, it would be great due to me not being able to drive. The old lady to took my weight and blood pressure not only gave me a dirty look ... SHE THEN PROCEEDED WITH “First of all, lose the attitude....” PAUSE! PAUSEEEEE! EXCUSE ME??????? I will never walk in this office again!!!! It took everything in me not to flip, instead I didn’t say a word and I WALKED OUT! THANK YOU FOR NOT ONLY OVERBOOKING PEOPLE KNOWING YOU ONLY HAVE 2 PROVIDERS AND MAKING A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE WAIT AN HOUR OR MORE...THANKS FOR MAKING PEOPLE A PRIORITY AND I SOOOOOOOO THANK YOU FOR THE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL IGNORANT SERVICE I DID GET AFTER WAITING AN HOUR! LETS ADD IN THE FACT THAT I AM 27 WEEKS PREGNANT, HIGH RISK!!!! AND I HAVE NEVER!!!!!! NOT ONCEEEEE !!!!!! MET MY DOCTOR!!!!!!! YALL ARE TRASH! I WILL NOT BE BACK."

"Before this office, I was with DR. Habib who was a NIGHTMARE....I switched and I’m soooooo glad I did !!!! These people are a BREATH OF FRESH AIR! From the staff at the window, to the doctors and mid wives, I’m very happy and content with the care given here for my baby and I. They made my gender reveal very special, and the woman who did it was very patient (cord was in the way) . Excited to finish this journey with y’all. Professional and they’ll answer any question you have! My baby is put first here. ❤️"

"Dr. Novotny was a horrible obgyn. She considers herself to be a high risk obgyn but she is not. I'm having my second child and switched practices, and even the specialists I now have with the new practice point out how my care should have been different with my first pregnancy. Myself and my son were put through many unnecessary struggles and health complication that didnt have to be and I was very misinformed. I didnt know at the time because it was my first pregnancy and I trusted her. Now that I'm at a new practice that genuinely cares and are specialists, I see all the very obvious mistakes. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else. It terrifies me to think of what others may go through."

"I absolutely love this Group!! I have been coming to them for many years for my regular visits but now I am seeing them throughout my first pregnancy! Im 23 weeks and haven't been able to feel baby move in 3 days, they were so sweet to put my worried mind at ease, squeeze me in just for a quick listen to babies heartbeat to reassure me, didnt even hesitate with having me come in so they could take a listen! !! I couldn't ask for a better office to care for me and my baby boy! Thank you for being so awesome!!"
