"always loved going here. didnt know they had a itty bitty theatre with smaller screen and no cup holders. other than that bad experience i always enjoy going there since a teen."
"Staff was very friendly and provided quick service. The building was clean. The movie viewing had great audio and video, no complaints. The bathroom could've used some work; most of the stalls in the women's bathroom don't latch the locks, and the hand dryer had evidence of mold. Prices are very reasonable. Not the most luxurious theatre, but I wouldn't mind being a regular visitor."
"Good place to catch a movie. The snack menu wasn't huge, but they have your usual candies and some hot items. The nachos were great, the chips being crisp and the cheese being hot. I didn't get to enjoy the jalapeños as expected but they were good too. The seating was adequate. The lighting before and after the film could have been brighter and better placed, but no real cause for concern."
"They're trying. The theater we were in most recently (theater 2) has been updated and cleaned up, but I understand that between paper thin margins and an ongoing pandemic, more improvements are going to be even slower coming. My advice? Don't wait until the movie you want to see gets bumped to one of the smaller, less updated screens. Instead, go early, and buy something from the snack bar- that's what pays the employees."
"We are from Saratoga. We decided to take our child to do something inside and cool. This theater is absolutely filthy. Holes in the wall, sticky floors, stained and filthy seating. I was appalled. I feel terrible that the staff tries so hard to provide great customer service when working in these conditions. I would give the stuff 5 stars but this theater needs a serious cleaning, paint and attention. Clean it up, Massena."
