"Back in November I called and wanted to buy a chevy cruz, and then scheduled to test drive it then possibly by it that day. They then sell it without telling me about so I had little choice at the time and picked another car they had for sale. I bought it and after about two months of owning it I found it it has a blown motor in it. I will never purchase a vehicle again when the dealership cannot hold onto a vehicle that I wanted and doesn't offer a 90 day warranty like other dealerships that I have bought vehicles from in the past."

"I was out of town far from home and they took care of my 2018 GMC Duramax injector issue. I wouldn't have made it home had it not been for this service team! The owner was present and very caring. Not one other dealer in the whole northeast NY could help me for weeks, Frenchie's got me in in days. Had to leave it overnight but they had a car for me and I got my truck back the next day."
