"Nuhar is a gifted and extremely knowledgeable physical therapist/ Pilates instructor . She has a remarkable ability to individualize instruction while leading a class and knows what exercise or stretch will help advance people and / or alleviate pain or discomfort . She is thoughtful about participants’ situations and works to find “ the right” approach. My heretofore chronic back pain is a thing of the past . I couldn’t be more grateful"

"I have been going to The Pilates Principle for about 8 years off and on and it has helped me in so many ways. After breaking my shoulder I met with Nuhar for private sessions. At first I couldn't even touch my hands behind my back but through pilates and Gyrotonics Nuhar was able to improve my reach and flexibility to a point I never thought possible. Nuhar answers my endless questions with expertise, patience and suggests at home exercises to help with any issues I have. At one point I was taking 3-4 classes a week with many of the awesome teachers. Each teacher offers their own style and knowledge in such a way that I learn something different from each one. The encouragement and kindness I receive at the Pilates Principle leaves me feeling physically and mentally stronger as I look forward to my next visit."

"I moved to the area several months ago with not many network ties. Pilates had become a constant in my last state and I was nervous about finding a studio that would accommodate where I was in my training. Nuhar and her studio came highly recommended from my previous instructor and I am so happy I found this community. The studio and equipment are beautiful, and Nuhar and her instructors are great. I take group and private classes each month and have not been disappointed. I live about 30 minutes north of the studio and still make the drive because I believe it’s very much worth while. I have been training for a few years and I have not missed a beat in my physical and mental journey thanks to this studio. Highly recommend!"
