"After taking the state test I feel as though we were not prepared for it. Throughout the course you take several test and do a good amount of studying so to take the test and feel as if you never learned the answers to the questions is crazy. Whatever we did learn that was on the test was basically what we spent the least amount of time on. The school should invest a bit more into the nail technician class considering it is $5,000 per person and there was 10 people in my class. You have to share a small desk with another classmate. The UV lamps were cheap lamps that all ended up breaking towards the end of class so we would have to share our own lamps from home or share the singular lamp left that worked. In my opinion it wasn’t worth the money. Edit"

"Got a manicure & pedicure by a nail student. Loved the clean, professional learning atmosphere for the students. They offer a menu of services by students here, open to the public. I'll try a facial next !! Reasonable prices !!"

"I received a great partly finished facial today from my friend that is in school here. When I called to schedule it they told me that we could figure out exactly what facial I was going to do after I had an evaluation. We decided a Hydra facial plus would be good for me. It was approved by the teacher “Jackie” that this could be done. After I got set up in the chair, Jackie comes over and tells my friend that she needs to rush through the process because they had two people that were coming in for the same type of facial at 2 PM (1:15 is when I’m sitting In this chair). It would’ve been more ideal if Jackie didn’t approve the facial and just explained to me that we didn’t have the time for it. She absolutely did not interact with me as a customer while I was in the chair getting my facial, I can hear the other students complaining that Jackie doesn’t answer any of their questions my friend was also asking her questions, and half of the time she was ignoring her or being very short with her. It was 1:50 PM and my friend was mixing up the last part of my facial, which was a mask. As she was going over to the sink to mix it up Jackie yells across the room “No” for her to not complete the facial and she goes over to her and she’s very rude with her in her face. My friend said that I already paid for the facial and that she was going to finish up. Jackie then kicks my friend out of class in front of myself, and all of the other students while I’m still on the table waiting for my facial to be completed! I can tell that these students don’t seem comfortable around this teacher. This sucks for them! After she kicks my friend out of class I was still sitting on the table with stuff on my face."

"Very nice place but disappointed in my facial. It was cleanse, wait 5 minutes for someone to bring over supplies, scrub, moisturize. Took about 35 minutes total. No massage, no comments on my skin, No enthusiasm. It was not at all satisfying."

"Just had an amazing facial with one of the students. HIGHLY recommend. Karly was wonderful and the prices are great. The whole experience was very professional and beat my own expectations. I also learned a lot about my own skin which will help with my own skincare routine!"
