"This agent is very unprofessional and I hate to say it but untrustworthy. Trying to get a hold of this agent to do anything on my policy was like pulling teeth. I litters had to send numerous email, texts and calls to get a response. I have since moved on to another insurance company but I still have an active homeowners policy with farmers that I have been trying to cancel since July that I’m still getting billed for. My next step is putting in a complaint to the department of insurance. *** in response to agents comments to my review…A copy of the signed release as well as the declaration page of new policy was sent to this agent via email on 8/26, 9/6 and again on 9/25.***"

"We had a lapse of insurance and Euries promised to help us in the short amount of days we had. The communication was not well, my husband and I had to keep calling to get In contact with her and on the last day we were suppose to speak in order to obtain insurance we gave her a call and were told she would call us back as she “did not forget about us” but we did not hear from her again even after numerous phone calls. We have not heard from her since. Waste of time, instead we ended up getting liberty mutual as that broker helped us in ONE DAY."
