"Front desk - not professional. Absolutely lack of training in customer service (Monroe and Newburgh). The customer is not visible for them. Scheduling over the phone - nasty voices. Probably low pay, for sure frustrating people. Technician - I have expire with 3 - Newburgh- young lady with red hair - 5 stars. Time to go to others."

"Staff is very nice and helpful. You need to wear a mask inside building. You can pick up your results of your xray a full 24 hours later. You do not need an appointment to pick up your results. My followup with my Doctor is not until Nov.9. I wanted to know my results before that. Gives you peace of mine."

"My Fiancé went here and has severe back and neck issues, just recently had back surgery.He has never been Seeing here before so you think they would have told him before hand they are on a hill and it may be difficult getting inside on top of that there is no handicap accessibility. Not being able to use his hands at all due to nerve issues with his neck arms and hands they could’ve been a little more courteous when he was asking for assistance.They as a medical facility Need to realize that some people can’t always have someone with them they should have no problem accommodating anyone. Tech was very good with him And ultimately the lady that helped him with his paperwork was respectful."

"I had an appointment for an MRI for my teenager's potentially fractured / sprained ankle: on initial call, we were given an appointment 5 working days away, but asked if we could be seen sooner, and were given an earlier slot just in just 2 days time. We arrived for 3.45PM appointment at 3.40PM: place was clean, well kept, neat and ordered. Waiting area was also clean and fresh. Administration at the desk were very prompt, professional, and we were seen around 10 minutes later - a short wait. MRI scan took as they said around 20 minutes, we left with the imaging on a CD, no fuss, and were on our way - all told we were there about 40 minutes. Excellent service, fully recommended - thank you to the staff and the radiologists."

"I've gone here for almost all my MRI needs, as they have a big boy machine. It is a bit tough getting an appointment there. But what I'm finding in many medical facilities, and unfortunately I just now found it here too, is some of the office staff don't have a clue. I just received a call from their office stating they received my MRI script from the doctor. They called me and asked for my name, my birthdate, and said that I had never been there before. She sounded flustered and confused, saying a few times that I've never been there before as I tried to get a word in to tell her that I have. I thought maybe she was from a different place, so I gave her location and she said that was where she was calling from. When I told her I've gone there many times before she started to say no I haven't again. Then all of a sudden she said oh, wait a minute, you already have an appointment here for this MRI, never mind, I'm sorry, and she hung up. This is the kind of thing I'm starting to find prevalent at so many medical facilities. They are in charge of your care and do not have a clue what they're doing or forget to do what they're supposed to do so that you don't get the care you're supposed to get. I blame the facilities for not hiring enough people so there's so much pressure put on each person working there to do so much work they can't keep things straight. Stop buying machines to answer my call, start hiring more people so that they can give each patient the time we so deserve. I still give four stars because they've always done a good job for me. They've always been kind and understanding of the pain I'm in and have done their best to make me comfortable while taking those annoying and noisy MRI scans. Thank you, but at kleas get your overworked office staff some expresso so that I can get the care I deserve."
