"This agency seems to be doing cattle call interviews. The office is located in a maze of buildings. Head to the back of the property. Give yourself plenty of time to get there. They want you there 5 minutes in advance for mandatory paper work. No matter what you look like they are hard and fast on the interview time. It seems to be a group interview. I was literally 2 min. late and I was told I'd have to reschedule as they already started. I gave that a hard pass. Too far away and it seemed like commission sales not "customer service" as they bill it."
