"Bad haircut. The people there don’t really want to work. Doors were locked when I tried to go in and used the wrong type of scissors for a straightforward trim that left an uneven cut."

"This place has no courtesy, they don't know how to work, very bad work, they don't know how to braid braids and they don't know how to comb hair either."

"Do not go here. I asked for wash cut and dry and she cut it without washing or fixing it leaving it uncombed ..then I asked her are you going to wash and dry she said ok...she said I will put an oil for hair loss since your hair is thin as part of conditioner for five minutes , left it longer it turned my whole head and forhead red then she straightened my hair for forty minutes burning it breaking it. I told her to stop to not use it she kept burning my hair. When home after a day I washed it and my hair wouldn't turn back curly Because apparently the oil she put was a relaxer. I called more than ten times and they don't pick up number does not work. I paid 50$ and my hair is extremely thin and forever burned because of them."
