"Repeated visits over the years since they were put into Kohl's, and the staff there has always ignored me, seemingly on purpose. I dread going in because I don't want to have to be around them. They seem to prioritize some customers over others as a matter of course. I'm friendly and approachable; why they make an effort to avoid me is unknown and extremely off-putting."

"Went there today having no idea what I needed but I knew I wanted to get into contouring. Nick that works there was SO kind and helpful, he applied makeup on me and taught me how to contour myself. "Respectfully, I cannot disagree more with the negative comment here about the staff at the Webster, New York Sephora located in Kohls in the Webster Plaza. I have been to this location over a dozen times since they opened and I have always found the staff to be incredibly courteous, helpful, and kind. Special mention to Nina - formerly a makeup specialist at a competitor of Sephora - who always seems to have an uncanny ability to know which products work best for my skin - you could not imagine how happy I was to see that she joined Sephora as a makeup professional! What a great idea to bring Sephora to Webster - and an even better idea to hire Nina to work at that location - my go-to spot for certain!"
