"Inclusion Med Spa is a wonderful place. The receptionist checked me in right away and took me to the Quiet Room where they had food and drinks as well as a nice sitting area with comfy couches. My lip filler injector Dr. Pardee was very professional, and patient with me throughout the whole process. I can tell he has passion for his work. These are the photos of the same day I got the filler. I will upload more when my lips heal after a few weeks. Overall, I am very happy with my results thus far, I am looking forward to seeing how they turn ultimately turn out. Update: Overnight my lips grew and the filler grew and now my lips have grown in size and are more plump but still swollen, the lines on my lips are greatly decreased as well."

"I've been debating posting this review all week but ultimately want to give other patrons considering this location for waxing services a warning. I had a Brazilian wax scheduled on Tuesday at 4pm. I arrived at 4:02 and was directed to wait in the client room for a few minutes for my esthetician to be ready. By 4:30 I still hadn't been called back and went up to the front desk to ask how much longer I should expect to wait. The receptionist girls didn't seem too concerned or apologetic that clients were waiting over 30 minutes for their services. As I was making my way back to the client room, the owner happened to overhear the end of our conversation and offered to comp my service due to the unexpected wait. This is where things took a turn for the worse. About midway through the service, a male patron got "lost" while exiting the building and opened the door in the middle of my waxing service. To say I was mortified is putting is lightly. The esthetician was also livid. We finished the wax, I got cleaned up, and tried to leave as quickly as possible. I received a call from the owners assistant on my way home. She said the esthetician was deeply sorry about what happened and she wanted to offer me a free facial. Seems like a nice sentiment but why is the esthetician offering this herself and not the owner/manager? The owners assistant also seemed to think the entire situation was funny and was laughing (perhaps nervous laughing) during the phone conservation. To summarize, I personally do not feel like my personal privacy will be protected at this location and will not return for any services. I highly recommend future patrons ask about preventative measures Inclusion Med Spa will put in place to make sure this never happens again."

"I unfortunately didn't have a good experience here. I had high hopes because of all the other good reviews but I definitely wouldn't recommend them after my experience. I went in for a Brazilian wax and when I got home I noticed that she had missed a ton of hair so I had to shave which defeats the purpose of paying for a wax. Now I'm going to have weird growth patterns for a few weeks while the hair that wasn't missed grows back in."
